Last night was the night I've been waiting for !! secret santa!!

Britney had my name, and she got me a beautiful necklace and earings and this chocolate flavoured soap lol i tried it this morning and it smells so damn good. so my skin is my own scratch and sniff

Anyways, last night was pretty decent. Went by super fast tho.
Didn't get home until like 530, quickly showered and the Hannah picked me up at six. First time I've seen her since she's been back, so i was pumped :)
We went down to galaxy to watch Avatar with Dave Johnny James Matt and James' dad lol

It was an extremely good movie in my opinion. If anything, it was just amazing to watch because the new 3d animation that they are coming out with is just stunning. It was like your in the movie. Very very cool.
Zoe Saldana did an amazing job, she was perfect for her role i think. Sam Worthington is adorable too, although hes a new face to me

After the movie we went to Dino's to meet Cortlin and his school friends for their beer night thinger. By then we had missed the ten dollar beer, but no worries, vodka water bar lime did the trick for me :) i could live off that stuff

Josh K, from work, showed up with a few of his friends about an hour and a half after he said he would. hes a different guy when he parties, a guy i dont really like to be honest haha. But i introduced him to Hannah and such so thats something i guess.
We peaced pretty soon after that

i was still tipsy so i didnt really wanna be home
but hey, what can you do

So i went to sleep

This morning i just finished wrapping the last of my gifts, so thats a bit of a relief for me. although now im broke....again
i burned through an entire paycheque in 24 hours:(

Work today was brilliant. It went by super fast considering the extreme lack of customers.
So i pretty much walked around in a daze, complaining about my headache due to lack of carbs.

but not gonna lie, once the headache went away around supper time, i feel pretty damn good
Courteny is right tho.....and mom ....its all about moderation i guess, not elimination

After work i cashed my paycheque, went home and changed, then went to finish the horrid christmas shopping

while there i ran in to Janaya, a childhood friend of mine who i use to spend almost every weekend with and now...i think the last time i saw her was....like a year ago?

and i had it with soy milk, but anyway. Its milk, steamed with a cookie dough flavour. then had chocolate sauce drizzled on top with oreo cookie crumbs all sprinkled like heaven in a beverage

made me feel like my coffee makin skills were an absolute joke

So i am writing this from the Uof S library :)
I decided that if i surround myself with ppl who hardcore are studyingfor finals,then surely i can finish a silly grade 12 chem class yes?
so far, i've made promising progress. Maybe not as much as i want, but im actually beginning to understand it all, which is nice. a good, new feeling, this understanding....

Yeah, work was gay
well, it started out good
everyone was in a good mood
they had awesome burgers at lunch that i covered in peanut butter :)
but then some ass apparently complained about us? They said we have bad attitudes?
Last week, i can understand this complaint, as we gota couple. Last week we were all super sassy and having bad days akak bitches
But this week we've all been super happy and pumped to chit chat etc etc
so this complaint made me mad

Wow, was the last time I blogged really after New Moon? That was like.....ages ago.
I suck


So, i guess i shall recap my life in the past few weeks?
It involved work, a daily routine which I have come to enjoy very much. Courteny is one of my new fav ppl, besides Ryan of course. He is extremely nice, and i heart his floral tattoos going up that lovely bicep haha.
Anyway, i might as well skip all the weekday lame lame and go straight to what i did this weekend.


Friday
Courteny, Britney, Chelsea and I got all lovelied up to go to Bacchus to see an aparently super awesome famous DJ by the name of Jelo. Josh K. told me that he was epic and I simply must go. Looking back now i realize he was probably paid to say that since he was in fact, hired to photograph the event lol, so i guess he needed to fill the place.
Bacchus btw is the swanky, overpriced lounge inside of Earls. I don't reccomend it unless you have major class/cash haha. Which i have little of either.
So we went there, i had a few drinks. Oh, so i got a classic Canadian ceasar, and it was sooooo spicy haha. the waitress must have seen the look of sheer pain on my face cause she brought me like three small glasses of clamato juice to tone it down, all the while looking at me like 'wow....what a douche'
around 11:30 Britney and Chelsea left, which i dont really blame them. Josh had hyped it up into being some super busy, packed event. But it was pretty dead. Oh it was full, but with lame people. One being my cousin Jon. Jk jk he made my night. Plus he txt me later asking for Courteny's digits so that made me lol, and her somewhat sad face?
anyway, around twelve we both kinda gave upon Josh who was MIA. I assumed Courteny would kinda wanna just go home or something. Nope :) she suggested the Skuz, and i laughed cause i just knew we were gonna be super out of place in our dresses and me in my lace flower fishnets >_<
But we went anyway, and it was kinda dead there too. I blame finals haha
saw a bunch of people from high school so that was sweet.
Ran into Austin, and a few of you know the story there and what happened. For a while i felt all proud of being so sassy and bitchy or whatever, cause i never really stand up for myself ever... but then theold pushover me kicked in around two and i felt like crap.
Not to worry, i don't regret. I just probably wont be sassy again for a long time.

Anyway, Sat morning i went for dim sum with my favourite boys. It was delicious, i was craving it like some pregnant ladies crave pickles....
but yeah,it was grand,
Then i went home, helpedmy mom decorate
Then went over to Cortlin's to do teh whole secret santa thinger
turns out we gotta re-do it tho? haha sweet, i had no idea what to get for who i got anyway....boys are difficult to buy for :(

Sunday i basically read all day. It was awesome.
my grandpa came over for dinner and i felt kinda sick so i just went right back to reading as soon as we were done eating.

This morning i woke up to the radio telling me it got down to -37celcius
my response to that was "fuck" *run upstairs* *hit the comand start on the car* no dice *try to start it manually* no dice
so yeah. my mom had to drive me to work, and then i got to bus home. How lovely.

my laptop
which i can now turn on and is fully functional thanks to the awesome man that is Bob. he put in a new hard drive, a tera bite memory and something else that i dont recall but i love it cause everything is so fast. I used to having to wait for like 30 min for my laptop to start up. now i wait like 67 seconds.

So i made a grocery list of what i need to pick up tomorrow once my parents leave. and it basically consists of:

• sweet pickles
• spinach

Today work went by uber fast which was just splendid. Josh shaved his head and not gonna lie, he looks rediculous haha but hey its just hair i guess

Gah so i guess i dont blog much anymore?
I'll get back into it, just as soon as my life gets interestin enough to talk about.
All last week i worked as per usual, nothing exciting there except i love my job and the awesome ppl around me.

Thursday night i was in a super random mood where i just couldnt sit at home
so i went down to a little place called Asian Taste on 3rd ave. They served ultra super tradition pakistani food for a rediculous price, but its super good i think.
so i got some delicious home made naan bread, some rice and this chicken in a purred spinach and spice thinger. and u put it all together and its just num :)
After that i went to the SKuz to meet up with everyone for James' party platter/free mini pitcher eve. it was nice to see everyone, but i didnt stay late as i had work the next morning.

Friday night Cortlin had ppl over i drank apple martinis all night cause im classy and all that shit >_<
Kat drove us for hot n readys
good times cause that shit is gold.

Sat morning i ran some errands, get home, stared at the ceiling for like ten seconds and was like.....
im goin to regina
so i ran upstairs to tell my mom who was not impressed with my spur of the moment decisions
but sigh to her, because i was already packed and ready to go :)

SO i drove the gay bpring drive to Regina, go pick up my lovely sister and toshi at his house
then we got groceries cause i wanted to cook for them
get to kk'S dorm.....and almost cried
haha its so ghetto. her room is super fine and clean and all, buit any other rooms is just....not so good haha. u have dirty room mates kk
so we made pasta, sweet potatoes and biscuits so it was rather delicious
then we went for icecream and i bought UP
so went back to the dorm. got about twenty min in and i fell asleep
got woken up to drive toshi home
cant believe i did it, i was so disoriented
got back to kk'S dorm, and within two min i was snoring
twelve hours later i woke up feelin awesome besides the horrible back pain from sleeping on the floor :(
kk and i went for breakfast, then she did some shopping
then i drove home lol
i hate that drive with a passion.....so flat and boring and straight

so yes, that was my weekend adventure.
my parents leave on tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh my god im so excited to get home every day, throw my shit whereever i want, and just not care

Seriously, I strongly dislike hypocrits. Tellin me what his friend and my friend should do, when he won't even follow his own device.

anyway, the weekend was a really good time.
Kayla was in town :) so she has a few drinks with me, Corteny and Mallory after work at the super stuff/no fun Boffins. Drinks were sooooo tiny and soooo expensive. Never goin there again
Then i went to Fudd's with Josh from work. we both like peanut butter on our burgers so yeah, i had a grand time. He's an interesting guy
Then i went and met Liz and Sam at Moxies for more overpriced drinks haha i had one martini and it was 9$
super sad face
but it was a delightful visit. and i think we're goin to Amigos tonight? not sure, up so Sam as it was her last dying wish before she goes off to Regina
didnt get home until 5 :(

went to this trunk show on broadway with my sis mom and neighbour

then Kayla and i wandered the city til four

then the family came over to throw money at me for my bday haha

except that i saw Duncan and Megan Towes. Duncan was the same as ever. Megan pissed me off. she hasn't changed even the slightest since highschool, except for.....ahhh....i wanna take a shot at her. BUT I HAVE CLASS.

sunday i dropped of kk at the bus depot, then went to mcnally and got awsome books
then went home and caught up on all the shows i had missed last week

SO tonight James and I went to Broadway Cafe for burgers and when mine came of course, you all know me, i asked if i could have peanut butter.
The waitress didnt even bother to hide her disgust haha james and i cracked up as soon as she left. when she comes back she gives me both peanut butter and jam lol and the convo went like this....
"So....what is it for...."
"Oh, my burger."
"Oh"
*starts to walk away*
"Can i ask you something about.....?"
:) "Oh sure"
"Are you pregnant or something??"

bahahaha i just about died, she is officially my fav. I dont know why she even came to that conclusion, maybe im getting fat or something...

yesterday was mine and Kaylas' bday :) big 2-0
work was nice, my fav tennant brought me a cupcake :D and Chris just sassed me as always. when i told him to be nice cause it was my birthday he just told me i was lame like my sandwiches and left lol
Last night was my bday supper, and we all went to Samurai. Everyone looked absolutely lovely in their sunday's best :) so thanks so so soooo much for dressing up!!!
the food was amazing, just like i remembered. I had chicken liver and scallops ^_^ nummy nummy
i was dissapointed that the tables were separated like they were tho....
all in all i was happy that i had a nice chill birthday

Happy Halloween!!!

Last night was Halloween, which is my most fav holiday of all time, cause dressing up is just freaking fun as hell
So i was so pumped and ready that i got ready at like five ish
entertained the trick or treaters for a bit
oh i was a pirate btw lol
around eight i went and got liz then kayla then sam then kat
then we went over to James' to see everyone's costumes.
not gonna lie, linden was my fav "the dreaded sunflower" haha so smart
So we partied, then ya cortlin and matt revealed their Transformers costumes which were freakin amazing basically. see Facebook for all photos of the grand event

After the reveal the girls decided to head to the bar
dropped sam off at a friend's
then went to the pat
once again, the costumes were soooooo sweet. im glad i went just to see and be seen kinda thing.
ran into Josh from work :) he was wolverine, grew the facial hair and everything. chatted with him, made plans to grab a burger with peanut butter cause he is the only other person i know who also has it like that :D
oh and i ran into my cousin Jon who was dressed as a cowboy, so that was sweet yet somewhat awkward. first time ive seen him at the bar so it was like.....oh....hey....ur drunk......moving on hahe
danced for a bit, then Kayla Liz Kat and I walked to Jax, the line was crazy long so Kat and I went back while liz and kayla stayed to meet up with Kayla's fellow sailor scouts ^_^
back at the Pat it was meh
so we went back to james to see who else there but my OTHER cousin Jeff haha it was kinda crazy. By coincidence he was also a cowboy like his bro lol

so i stayed and visited there for a while
then Kat Cortlin and I went to mcdicks
i had fries
too much mcdicks this weekend :(

Last night was a good way to start the Halloween weekend i do believe.
Went to Jordan's to pick up my Liz ^_^
found out Saskatoon is a small world lolz ;-p
Then we went to Athenas to have a drink. some old guy across the bar bought us shots....awkward. even more awkward when he stumbled over to us and raised his hand for a high five. we kinda just stared at it in horror like it was the source of the H1N1 virus >_< bartender subtly asked if we needed assistance, so we just left.

Went to Dinos for cheap mini pitchers
Sam Sam met up with us :D i guilted her into going out haha
some guys from this engineering beer night came and joined us. I appreciate the guts it must take to just sit at a stranger;s table. I could never do it.
don't recall any of their names except for Shay who had to leave early because hes on probation and has a cerfew haha badass?
so we had a few laughs, i drank their beer etc etc

Then us ladies wandered over to the Skuz for some much needed dance dance time.

two other guys were LMFAO
and the girls were just skanky haha makes my costume look tame in comparison.
so we had a good old time
then decided to go to mcdicks
so Sam drove my car and us to get burgers. it was delicious.

the effort and detail is actually disgusting

so yeah, i fell asleep
woke up around 2:30 and they were still goin hard
so i went home
mom came runnin into my room at six in the morning wanting to know if i was home......

Drowning in PIlls and Blankets

So Monday i went to work, felt shitty
tuesday i decided i had finally had enough so i called in sick to work and went to the mediclinic
tunrs out all those cold and sinus pills ive been taking have been a waste of time cause i never had a cold to begin with. I guess i have a sinus infection.
so that sucks. But the good news is that im not contagious or anything, and they got me on fun fun steriod nose spray and penicilin antibiotics. So i should be good by tomorrow.
So yesterday i slept, like all day. it was rediculous, i cant believe i was even still tired enough to fall asleep at ten and get another nine hours. woke up at seven to call Bev and tell her i was taking one more sick day, then i went right back to sleep until nine lol
But now im super awake
and my plans for the day are to
1. get a shitload of chemistry done
2. make chocolates

speaking of chocolates, Jascia gave me the rescipe, and today is her last day before she goes off to Brazil to live her life :(

Law Abiding Sex Symbol

This weekend was just what i needed, nice and chill :)

Friday night i went to see Law Abiding Citizen with Cortlin. It was probably the best movie i have seen in a really long time. The underlying theme was really similar to death note, the action was amazing, the twists were unexpected. It was just great. Go see it, really.
After that we met Johnny and Matt at Chilis. Our server's name was Tyson but we called him Budd. First thing he says when he gets to the table as he holds up his hands is "know what this is?" then he puts it under his bicep "a gun holder"
....nice. what a gem.
so i got a spinach avacado dip, which had too many chips and not enough dip :( not anywhere near as good as Boston Pizza. then Budd kept rejecting Matt and Cortlin their ketchup, so overall it wasnt the best experience.
After that we went back to Cortlin's to watch LOTR. i feel asleep pretty much as soon as i hit the couch lol.

Sat i woke up, went for dim sum like always
went to walmart to look for those Rockets candies, no dice
went to sobey's, no dice
went home sad :(
then i got bored, went to Center mall for a bit
at four i went to Jordan's to pick up my lovely Liz ^_^ we got to go catch up after an eternity of not seeing eachother, so that was lovely :)
After that my mom, aunt and Sam went to the Women's show at TCU plance. It was meh. They had a lengeri fashion show that was....interesting. found a limo that is sooooooo sweet that i would love to rent for my bday but im not sure. i made a facebook group/event for all the ppl i want to go for supper and theres 19....and the limo only holds 14 lol so it may not fly
After the show Sam and i went to Noodle King and Icecream Queen for, shock, noodles and icecream haha. it was delicious.
Then we met Josh and Brit at Broadway Roastery
had a lovely chat about anything/everything
got kicked out
so we went to Tim Hortons lol
Johnny joined and we continued our talks
around 12 i had to peace cause i have to go to a stupid Food Safe thing this morning. gay

All in all it was a super nice weekend.

Soooooo its been like a week since i've last blogged
and its been a week i would like to forget
oh wait, ha
i did forget

k, so Friday was a nice chill night. Hannah came to town so she Sam Brittney James Josh Johnny Matt and Cortlin came over to my place for a bit. It was just chill. everyone piled into my room to talk or played Bob's hunting game on Wii
Hannah Sam and I went to mcdicks
Then Sam went home :( and Hannah James Matt Cortlin and I decided to hit up the skuz
so we get there
super dead
super lame
so we were sitting at a table when this guy in a familiar hat walks by, stops, and is like MEGAN
my mind went blank, he sits down and starts talkin about how its nice to see work ppl out at the bar. Then i realized, OH, it was Josh, one of the tennants at Concourse where i work. We instantly bonded when i overheard him say how he loves peanut butter on his burger haha
so yeah, he was there but i instantly discovered that he is super creepy when drunk/out in public. Followed me or Hannah around the whole bar.
asked for my phone number so i just said it super fast and confused him lolz

Sat.....
went for dim sum
went to James' around 6 to start predrinking for aaron's pub crawl
and thats all i want to talk about about that night
cause the rest made me sad/angry/humiliated/laugh.
but come on guys, seriously.....you believe that? this is me we're talkin about. i don't have the balls to be like that

it was a fun night apparently.

Sunday was spent doing damage control
and then escaping out to Vonda for my grandmother;s delicious thanksgiving meal
it was everything and more :)

Monday i had another thanksgiving supper
oh, and went costume shopping with James and Sam, so im pretty sure that i;m good to go now

Tues was the first day back to work
Josh came in first thing in the morning, as usual.

Monday was the first day of the new job, didnt end up finding black pants so like a douche i went in my mom's lululemon >_< they made me uncomfortable.
So i go to work, which is at Innovation Place on Campus, in the Concourse building in a lovely little cafe that makes Starbucks, sandwiches, lunch etc etc
I work with two other girls:

1. Jascia: 17 years old, shorter then me, blonde and sooooo cute. Oh man she makes my day. She's super friendly to everyone and randomly she will start yellin "Iwanna play!!!" and she'll run off and make bubbles in the sink to then go blow at customer haha. She moving to Brazil in three weeks tho, so that kinda sucks cause i really love her

2. Kaylee: 21 years old, taller then me, brown hair, super super super skinny. Shes a vegetarian, and very very VERY green peace. Like, if she catches me drinking out of a paper cup and not a glass one, she gets sassy. we recycle EVERYTHING, even the plastic bags that bread comes in haha. Its intense. Wanna here about her dramatic love life? I bet u do.....
So shes dating this guy Matt who works in the kitchen (everyone dates someone from the kitchen, i dont get it) and this guy is the biggest sweetheart since James Wagner lol. hes got tons of peircings, even studs in his arms, and he wears big ol combat boots etc etc basically he would frighten me if i didnt know him. Anyway....Kaylee loves him, but her ex Brett came back to town and wants her back, so he oftern calls the cafe phone or comes by with flowers blah blah pledging his undying love. So now Kaylee is uber torn and is playing both teams which makes me sad cause Matt is so sweet and Brett's just....meh.

Yeah, i dont know why i went into so much detail haha but they are truly interesting people.

So yeah, the manager Sarah assumed i would take all monday to learn just the til, but it took me like two minutes cause its basically the same as mcdicks. so im the master of everything basically, drinks, food, til
lol, nah im kiddin. But making fancy coffee is so sweet, its addicting
i bet by the time the new year hits ill be drinking actual coffee, yuck

Burned myself on the steamer today, leaned right up against it >_< douche move on my part.
The tennants in the building are super nice tho, already they know my name and bug me cause i am so bad with names. I honestly can't remember anyone except old british guy, mr americano, and the somewhat charming/greasy guy that just hits on us.

Oh, today i went into the main kitchen to drop off some stuff and i asked this girl where i should put it, and she wouldn't even turn around. So i go to tap her, and Chris grabs my arm and is like
"she's deaf"
and of corse just then she turns around....
awkward.

SO yes i've been workin every day mon-fri 7:30-3:30
and its nice to actually have a routine. I have Monday off tho so that will be super nice.

Last night was nice and chill'
Liz and i went to investigate the new bar called Scratch on 2nd ave. Oh my goodness....its for sure the most swanky/nice bar we have. Its decorated very simplistic, modern like. But its so nice. Unfortunately there were no open seats so we just walked back out.
But i think that's where i want to have supper for my birthday :)

Then we walked across the street to Osheas, which was also packed
so we drove around for a while

Last night was quite excellent
At six i went with Cortlin to this beer night thinger a bunch of his school friends had at Dinos
the ratio was nice haha
sam came which made me super happy :) so i had my wingman
i got a mini pitcher from a nice server, but after that no one would serve me anything
so i had the brilliant idea of going over to Athenas with Sam :)
got served right away, thanku good service
had a shot, a amarretto special cause u know how i feel about amarretto
then cortlin txt me saying to take a flaming shot and come back to dinos
so i asked the bartender what type of flaming shots he did, and all he did was sambuca and 151

my two least favourite kinds of alcohol
but i did the 151, it still burns i tell ya
Liz my love came and i smiled ^_^ then we went back to Dinos
im pretty sure Cody had a wee crush on lizzy :-p i've never seen him cozy up to someone so quick haha met a few of the other guys. this is how i remembered them:

At some point Sam Liz and I decided we wanted DQ, so we went there and i got onion rings, which was on my to-eat list for this weekend along with pizza and dim sum

As we are leaving Cortlin mutters something about them all being lame under his breath. One kid hears him, and gets all up in his face and so they start sassin back and forth. Marita gives up on telling them to calm down and goes outside for a smoke
i felt bad so i tried to talk to the guy, but he wasnt listenin very well, so i pushed him out the door haha
so he sits outside with his friends, being drunk and mad.
cortlin is standing there laughing and denying his name, saying its Jeff >_<
so the mad guy starts to come back inside
so i decide that its beat down time
Marita had called the cops, so i figured this should get defused quick
so i went out and started yelling at the mad guy, saying he was stupid for letting drunk cortlin get to him and he was a pussy for walking right in to cortlin's mind game. So he got mad, walked away. His friends started yelling at me, so i yelled at them to. Then Johnson Sun took them away and told them all to leave, so thankyou to you haha
Martia just stood there laughing.
It was fun actually, alcohol makes me mad now a days it seems haha

So after that i drove troublesome drunk boy home.

This weekend was good good :)
Fri i went to the Skuz with Liz, Brittney, Sam, and Emily Bekk. It was fun just like i had hoped
Kat was there too, and Jordan and Dustin so it was a grand time
except Zach was there
and i wanted to hurt him, but he was lame and scared already so wheres the fun in that
got elbowed in the chin, so now i have a nice loser bruise
Got to talk to lovely Hannah for a bit :)
around 1:30 i drove everyone home, and that was basically the eve

didnt sleep well at all. so i woke up, took a nap on the couch
got up and showered
then went and took another nap. sleeping with wet hair sucks so bad tho

it was nice to just sit and chill with them, haven't seen them in a bit.

Sunday i actually, finally, got a shift at the hospital. I hate day shifts tho. Im so use to working nights that by the time i went on my lunch break it felt like it was seven at night.
I was in the 5000 ward, so it was pretty easy. pretty much everyone there has a catheter or however you spell it, basically a plastic bladder that the nurses had to go change every few hours, so that sucked to be them. There was one gay nurse who wore tight bright red scrubs and looked just like Adam something (from american idol) so he was funny.
there are some pretty fine male nurses tho...

anyway, after work i walked to plas reil, ran into Chad so talked with him for a bit. Hes awkward lol

i forgot its locked until six
so i went to the mall, found my mom at work

ditched the flannel, walked back to the bus stop after bumming more money from mom to get home lol

got home, re-showered cause i was sticking to myself it was gross
then i went to see the most epic most of all time...........

This weekend was pretty great
got to see my KK who I've been missing like crazy :)

On Sat night Brittney picked me up and we went to Karlee's and met Emily A/B, Bcas, Leah, Danae, Dee-Jaye and Raquel
went to Divas
had a few cheap drinks there
then we went to The Hose. By then i was pretty tipsy aka content with life
so we danced crazy all night
It was actually so much fun
i was nervous at first cause besides Brittney my lover, i didn't know the other girls too well
but it was such a change of pace, being with a big group of girls
tons of fun

Had a family dinner with Granparents L/F and my aunt and cousin, so that was nice. it was kinda funny tho cause my mom sets out all the fine China and fancy candles, cloth napkins etc etc and then we ordered in chinese food and ate apple pie haha very classy

Today i went downtown with Cortlin to get movie tickets for 9
as we go to Osheas to get some food, they asked for my ID and the wallet that i had just had all the movie tickets in was straight up MIA
so i ran back to Galaxy, checked at the counter, no dice
was seconds from crying my eyes out when this guy runs past us to the til with my wallet in his hand, trying to return it
i could have hugged him at that moment haha
I feel so warm and fuzzy inside when i realise that there are truly decent ppl in this world

Had a much needed catch up with Sam at DQ :)
i missed her big time so it was nice to see her beautiful smiling face ^_^
so we chatted and raged a bit lol

oh, and the hospital sent me notice that i am now 7 months behind on the immunizations i am required to get as an employee there :(
so now i have to go in for two blood tests, two needles for something else, and a skin test for TB sigh. and i hear the skin test is painful so that sucks balls

Tuesday i woke up late
did a workout
then realized that i had to start my cyber class :(
did a bit of the chapter on review of Chem 20, which was super helpful cause i had forgotten basically everything

went to work
got put in biochemistry AGAIN
so boring
so i played crossword puzzles

after work i was on my way to meet Brittney and Liz at the Deuce, but was informed that it was uber packed and no one else was getting in
so i picked up Brittney and we met Liz, Jordan;s room mates, Katherine P. and Mandy at Jax lol
it was quiet, so Britt and i didnt stay too long
just dancing on an empty dancefloor can be super awkward when im not wasted

so yes, thats my week so far
Kayla and Hannah come home this weekend :)

Last night i got called into work

i went and did all my other work first tho, i just wanted to get it over with

so i go up there, all the office ppl are gone and its all creepy long hallways lit only by an exit sign :(

go in
am about to turn on the light when i see a table with a white sheet over it, covering something
my heart actually stopped
i thought i would be super badass and enjoy that area, but this was my first time going in there alone and man....thought i had a heart attack
so i turned on the light and its just a sheet covering some medical equipment.

so i go in, do my thing
then i decide to snoop >_< cause i tend to do that when i work alone
normally we're not allowed to go back into the autopsy room, but i did anyway

After that everyone went over to Josh's for a partay
had a few beer
then Hannah came and picked me up to go to my step sister's bday for a bit
said a quick hey, then Hannah and I attempted to talk some sense into Carly, the younger step sister. No dice, she just laughed at us

After that we went to go say hey to Liz at the Skuz but as soon as we heard country music the mood was killed and we left lol. I guess they played spice girls after that so im glad i missed it haha

Slept in, woke up feeling super gross
Cortlin downloaded a vampire movie so i went to watch that assuming it would be good. HA no, it was horrible, everytime someone got cut it was like a firehose stream of blood would gush out of them
the guys went to see Inglorious Bastards so i went to Lechateau to see Hannah and demanded she dress me for the night haha
she picked me a tank top that was covered in sequins. soooooooo nice. I bought it, shhhhhhh KK dont tell mom.......lol jk
Liz picked us up around 8:30 and we headed over to the Overdrive to attempt to win a Harley.
we didnt :(
drank too much. to the point that my stomach was in physical pain, so that sucked.
Went to Bailey's around 11:30 to meet up with Hannah's work ppl and Zach, who was all dolled up in his suit haha, what a guy.
stayed for a bit, Cortlin stopped by.

Went to bareass with Sam but the weather was super sad face so we didnt stay long.

Friday night Liz Hannah and I went to Dinos to do some pre-drinking/catch up/celebrate Hannah's belated 19th. Here i thought Dinos would be a nice chill place to start out, but I guess the Riders were playing so the place was packed wall to wall.
After an hour or so there we headed over to the Skuz to meet up with everyone.
It was a good time
lots of pictures
lots of dancing
i wish i hadn't drank so much so i could remember more >_<
at one point i went in my pocket for my debit card so i could get more money for more booze haha
but it was gone :(
same with my drivers licence. sigh
so i asked a few bouncers if anyone had turned them in and they just told me to come back in the morning

we left the bar later then two didnt we? cause the next thing i knew i was in the car and we got pulled over by Mr. Cop-Boechler

Sigh, I've been working every single freaking night until eleven this week, hence my lack of blog updates.
Monday i was on the Discharge team, but since it was a holiday we didnt get a sigle page after five, so we sat in the pediatrics lounge and watched Dating in the Dark. haha best/morally worst show of all time. Very entertaining.
Watched the BC news too. Scary i tell you. I hate to admit that i got pretty worried when i recieved a facebook msg from my gal pal in BC sayin that some of the fire fighter teams had dropped off the map for a week or so. I can't imagine suddenly being told that you had to pack up what you could carry and leave your home :(

Tuesday was crazy busy, i worked with the same team which made me feel like i had never left the hospital :(
The other discharge teams were uber bitches, which sucked cause i was tired and snapped at them and they r bigger then me and i think im gonna die >_<

Wednesday was confusing as hell. Bruce sent me to some area on the second floor of ellis hall. I get there and its the wrong area. So, me being stubborn, i didn't wanna ask for help so i wandered around the building looking for my area. I thought i was supposed to be in Pathology but everything looked wrong
Ran into Luke, chatted for a bit. Apparently he's seen dead bodies/autopsy etc etc. So im kinda jealous haha
Went to talk to Bruce, when he saw that i was supposed to be in Pathology he was like GASP u cant go there! ur a girl....dont wanna harm ur fragile state of mind

so i did nothing, flipped through some vogue in the nurses lounge. haha good times

Last night was a gooder haha
Picked up Doug and Cortlin and went to James' to chill for a wee bit. Realized i haven't seen Doug in forever, Josh in weeks, and i cant remember the last time i saw James lol so it was really nice to see them ^_^
Brittney and Faye came and then we all headed out to Sean's house for an intimate gathering
His bro was there, and i forgot that i had partied with him once before at that wonderful keg with Hannah. Good times, good times

Then Faye, Brittney and I went to Tim Hortons because all of a sudden we just mad craved it.
no idea why ;-P
So we chilled there for a while, talked about misc things like Say Yes To The Dress and DUN DUNNUN NUN NUN DUN or something like that hahahaha

Went back, James' friend Leah came and she reminds me of Kate so much its crazy. She was a sweetie, pretty drunk, but still interesting.
Brit and I discovered Doug shares our disinterest in certain things haha so that was a powerful bonding moment right there.
But then Brittney left and i got sad :(
You know why i got sad?
cause later that night i would run into someone who made me wish i could have shared with her.

it was most excellent to watch, not gonna lie. I thought for sure Boots was gonna get his ass handed to him, but he held his own. It wasnt like a fist fight, it was a pretty legit nice clean wrestling/.street fight.
In the end they both hugged and called it a tie, Luke with cuts on his forehead and arms, and Boots with a sidewalk burn on the bridge of his nose haha

Then Cortlin and John had a spell casting fight, cause Johns a lover, not a fighter lol

SO yes, after some nice visiting and watching Luke trying to calculate the probability of running into his ex on his calculator, we decided to head back to the car.
On the way Boots told like ten ppl to "not smoke the rock"
pissed off some girls for some reason, so they started freakin out and followin us so Doug and Boots were like
"its ok, we're from the east side"

hahah those chicks got so pissed so we got in the car super fast and drove off with Boots yellin some Tupac lines at them out the window.

So that was basically the night

It was a gooder

Kayla came home Tuesday night for a few days ^_^ so that made me uber happy, although i appologize for the temporary pissy moodi was in lol
Unfortunately the whole time she was here i basically worked, it uber sucked.
Tuesday i worked in the nursery on the maternity ward and OMG those newborns were so cute. I saw a set of twins pokin each others eyes and screamin haha, memories.
Wed I worked a late night shift in some area that i have no idea what the purpose was. But it was closed and i was alone with the only ket in/out, so i finished my work quick and then watched Real World Cancun. Ya i suck.
The next morning, not even seven hours after i left the place i was back again :(
They were like "ya we booked too many ppl.....how do u feel about washing walls?"

At one point i was in the cancer clinic and i saw Luke Thomson whos a porter i suppose. I hate seeing ppl i know when im working, cause i just look stupid in my scrubs that are ten sizes too big. So we said a passing hey.
Later i saw Brandon Blondeau who i havent seen in forever. He works in research. So we had a chat for a bit, i like the kid to be honest, i think hes a sweetie.
Oh and Dave Garland works in Nutrition.
So i just saw a bunch of old faces this week

Friday i went to bareass with Brittney, Kat and Chelsea.
It was glorious, probably the best weather Ive ever experienced at the beach, not even a breeze.
Got home after a few hours there, then got ready for Mikkis bday party
It was a Woodstock in the Jungle theme, so i put on my animal print tights and John Lennon glasses. Hannah and Brittney came over and did a little pre-drinking
Picked up Liz once she was off work, and headed out
Mikki and her friends looked so adorable, and I saw Gabe Benesh there who i guess has long greasy hair now and was wearing a shirt saying drop acid not bombs haha. Now that i think about it, i wonder if his hair was real or not.......hmm
We left to go and get some hot and readys, tradition
i stuck my head out the sunroof for some gay reason, i believe in an attempt to take a dope action shot.
Got Pizza, went back to Hannahs, finished the last of my beer then had some wine
Zach Lukas and some chick whos name escapes me showed up, and Liz and i decided to walk back to her house from Hannahs
That walk in itself was an adventure
some girl called us sluts from her car and i yelled the C word at her :(
i dont like using that word lol so i bit my tongue
Got home, and just passed out, clothes, makeup and all.
The next morning my mom was askin me how drunk i was and i tried to play up that i had been fine and didnt drink that much, then shes like
"You left the lights on downstairs so i came to check on you and you were laying on your bed just staring at nothing. When i tried to talk to you you couldnt form a sentence. So....let me ask again.....how drunk were you."

Today i went for dim sum with Liz cause she was in much need of some egg tarts haha
it was delicious
Later that night i went with Liz to Matts house for a bit and we just chilled
around nine we headed back into the city to go to the Overdrive as LMFAO was due to play around ten
so we get there
and we wait
and wait
and then Bo and Mike show up
and we wait
and wait
did some nasty shot that tasted like black licorice on fire

At one point the waitress comes up to Liz and I while the guys were outside smokin and she started sayin somethin about drinks but i couldnt hear her very well over the music
she seemed to be really pushy about us ordering drinks which i thought was weird
Liz ordered one but i kept saying no
so when the waitress leaves Liz explained that i guess some guys were buying us drinks and said they would be "offended" if we said no
ha so i felt like an ass, so i got a stupid drink

Around freakin 12:30 LMFAO finally comes out
by then we were all so unimpressed that we basically listened to two songs and just left
and now im sleepy

i should pick up a shift tomorrow if i am wise
cause i would like to take Monday off as i have shit that must be done

Yesterday i went downtown to wander, cause downtown is awesome. the ppl are so damn interesting to ppl watch
Went to see my mom who i had asked to print out a mass copy of my resumes. Apparently she tweaked it a bit to make me sound good in adult language, but i haven't looked it over yet
Then i did what all the greasy lazy ppl in Saskatoon do
I went down to Can Sask, or Sask Can, whatever
Basically its a resource center where bum ppl can look on computers for jobs haha
It was pretty decent until i went into the bathroom
They have everything lit by blacklight which is uber weird and creepish
Brittney tells me that they most likely do that so ppl cant see their veins and shoot up

So last night was the shooter party at Cortlin's house
It was pretty fun but went by super fast
I was pumped cause Chelsea came

Mostly i cleaned ^_^ cause when i feel sticky stuff all over the counter i turn into my mom and just get to it.

Hannah came with Lukas Meghan and Zach (bf, not zac: note the h). I had met Zach before but it was dark out, so this was the first time i actually got a good look at him, and he's blonde. For some reason that was a suprise haha

Tuesday night Hannah came over and we went over to Josh's. I was super pumped to see her lol, its been far far too long.
Hung out with the loves, Hannah and i went for a walk around ECP talking about her new boy lol fun stuff. Got home and talked til one ish >_<
as we were sitting in my driveway these guys came runnin up from the lake shootin fireworks all over the place. It was Tyler, Garret, Sean, Jared and some other guy lol. They set one off on my driveway, climbed through my bushes etc etc. The best part is its all on camera haha and Bobd pissed

went to chilies and had a freakin delicious something-or-other i cant really remember lol
went back to campus and got Kayla's stuff set up in her super tiny but kinda sweet dorm room

Then mom and I left
mom kept lookin back in the rearview mirror at her
then she cried
i felt bad cause i didnt really know what to say except "it will be ok"
so she ended up gettin all mad at me cause i wasnt crying with her or something >_<
I wasn't exactlly sad cause i knew kk was happy and shes worked so hard to go to Regina.
But yeah, the further we got away from Regina the stranger i felt. Like i lost/forgot something
lol your room is so empty now kk :(

Got home, got ready to go to the fireworks with some ppl
picked up cortlin josh and brittney then went and parked a million miles away and walked to deifenbaker park
On the way in i see this young girl in a black dress stumblin all over the place and i was like LOL grade nines
sigh the i see her face and im like.....i know her
lol it was my step sis Carly, and she looked pretty drunk to me sigh

SO we found a spot by the hill
Lukas and his bro Damien showed up, walked around a bit
Hannah Sam Meghan Darah and Courtney showed up eventually
Gah it was so nice to see Sammy!!! Havent seen her since the night i crashed at Hannahs :(
She got her eye laser surgery done, and i could tell cause her eyes were all big and aware lol it was cool
So we caught up then watched the fireworks that were actually pretty decent considering i dont really care for them.

Then we left, took us a while to get home cause of the epidemic of ppl the stuffed the freakin roadways.

Today is my second last day at Shear Fab :(
So im gonna go for lunch with a few new friends. Im gonna be sad to leave.....

But the bright side is next week is going to be super nice and ill have time to go to the beach ^_^

I have had nothing to do since i got here and theres only so long i can creep facebook before i want to rip my hair out
So i resorted to catching up on my Japan current events. I hear they have been finding severed body parts in some bay or whatever. Oh Yakuaza, you handle your shit so discretely.
Ya, Kayla is gonna bus down here so we can go straight to my dads house after im done work. I think she wants to creep on the shop boys and see the epic man that is Robbie tho haha.

Last night the Wii fit said i went from 31 to 26 years old haha which is interesting cause i thought i would get worse after the weekend of no work outs and meat meat meat

Kayla went to the new sushi place on Circle last night and she said it was the best thing ever, all you can eat for 20$ or something.
I wanna go with my Liz Liz and Brittney and Joshie and whoever else loves the idea of raw fish on seaweed ^_^

The weekend at Meadow Lake was actually uber chill
Drove up with Cortlin and Faye and it took us like half the time we thought it would.
when we got to the lake and had no cell service i was actually kinda happy about it haha. Total isolation is what i kinda needed
The art of making fire took us a good two hours because everything was wet from the rain they had gotten the night before.

Meadow lake is definently a family thing tho haha
i guess theres a 24 silence rule that we didnt follow to closely, so that made the entire campground uber depressing haha

First night Brittney Cortlin and i went to go and find the beach
it was small
but the water was nice and warm
that night was probably the worst sleep of my life haha.
solid gorund is not so comfy :(
then right when i was about to get to sleep one of the guys set off the car alarm haha
all of Grieg lake hated us for that one.

The next morning i broke the golden camping rule and took a shower haha
i needed to wake myself up
then i ate a ton of delicious campfire food
even made poached eggs in the coffee pot bob lent me haha nummy
All saturday was rank overcast tho, so i was in jeans and a sweater all day, which sucked cause i was hopin it would be bathing suit weather all weekend
sigh no tan for moi

That night we played socialables which was fun
until Josh made a stupid rule that i had to beat box everytime rap time came up haha
too bad Josh, i never had to do it cause our attention span is shit
HA fail
lol we went to bed pretty early
Josh and I raged at eachother from across the site for a bit haha

next morning we packed up and left
met at Meadow Lake shit diner

as soon as i got my pasta cortlin was like
"Gordan Ramsey would throw that pasta against the wall"
lol it was true. It said it had sasage in it, but it was just cut up hot dog haha i felt like i was five and my mom was puttin hot dog in my mac and cheese >_<

The drive home went by quick
got home and showered off all the campfire smoke
ate some supper, one that didnt include meat haha i plan on not eatin meat for a while, this weekend was an overkill of butchered animal on my plate

Went to bed early thinking i would be all rested and stuff

woke up late, threw on clothes in the dark
went to work while doing my hair haha
get to work and Robbie is like "Nice style, wats it called? epic panic?"

get to my desk and theres shit piled up from friday

My Wii says Im old

So last night my mom and I decided to attempt the new Wii fit she got for her birthday.
So she made me go first to build a profile and basically i stood on this step thinger and it measured my weight and center of balance.
Good news, im not fat haha
Bad news, based on my balance and body center, the Wii says i have the strength of a 31 year old >_< So i got some work to do sighs.

Camping in three days!!!
Gah im so pumped.
We should get together this week and discuss shit, yes?
