Well this is Balls

So it is currently 3 in the morning and I have been awake for a couple of hours now and am unable to fall back asleep. So I figured that a blog update was in order.

Friday was hell, just as I had expected. A full day of Anatomy is no easy task my friends. By the last hour or so I actually began to wonder if this is where mental breakdowns came from. Too much information. Too much sitting. Too much everything. So I got all fidgety and twitchy and had to just close my book and wait for the end.

Once the end came I bolted, went back to the house, stared at my wall for a few minutes then decided to go home to Stoon for the weekend. Again. haha

Got home, said a quick hey to the rents then went to Cortlins for a chill night in. Matt, Boots and Johnny came over and we watched a documentary on the lead singer of Tool who started a vineyard in Arizona of all places. It was pretty interesting actually.
Then for some reason I decided that I wasn't going home and just slept over lol. Which I'm still not sure if I'm allowed to do at the Daniel household, but to be perfectly honest I'm sure its fine.

Went home in the morning for like an hour. Then took Cortlin shopping for a new shirt for his job interview in Medicine Hat on Tuesday. To my utter shock and astonishment he wanted a plaid button up shirt, which looked just awesome.

Then I did what all good students do and picked up Brittney to go have a study/coffee date haha. Changed things up and got coffee instead of tea, which I've been drinking way too much of since becoming a student.

Sat night we hung out at James' with the gang. Went and got pzones then went back to Cocos. Heard a crazy amount of noise coming from the neighbors garage and just had to go investigate. We walk in to streamers and strobe lights and the entire parental occupation on Pezer dressed in 70s garb and drunk as hell. It was awesome, everyone looked so good and was just hilarious. As I stood there watching the madness I couldn't help but tell Cortlin how they partied harder then any of us do. Must come with age I guess? But yeah, they were going hard until 4 am ppl.

Sunday I had brunch with my dad, then basically went back to Regina.

Monday was the day we did a lab on urinary and bowel elimination. Yes, thats exactly what you think it is. Bed pans, condom catheters, and everything else that relates to all that fun stuff. Probably going to be the least fav part of my job...but oh well...

Tuesday was anatomy, micro and the class about feelings (NRSG 100). In 100 we have to do a school wide presentation/info booth on mental health and such. So I came up with the brilliant idea of healthy body/healthy mind and am basically going to put all those shooter parties to practical use. Healthy shooters.
Bam.
Take that student body.

So now its 330 and of course someone in my house is awake and making noise.
Ugh

Today we do vital signs.
get to put that stupid $120 stethoscope to use
