This weekend was overall very good.
Friday I bused back to S'toon because the road conditions were apparently shit. But of course as soon as we hit the highway everything was just freaking clear and fine. So I felt like a derp, but I did get some homework done so that was good.
Got in, shower at the most awkward angle thanks to the new tattoo. Then I went to Avocados for supper with a couple of my all time favorite people, James and Sam :) Sam dyed her hair dark brown for the winter! That with her black leather jacket made her into a crazy bombshell people, dangerous. Hot hot hot.
After supper Sam and I went over to Ambers to pre-drink while the bros went and hung out. Once Hailey showed up we went to Outlaws to party it up. Man, not gonna lie, I always have a good time with the girls at Outlaws. Plus I always see my old boss' son Brandon which is awesome haha. He can country dance like no ones business.
Saturday I woke up way earlier then I thought I ever would considering I apparently didn't go to sleep until five according to my mother. So I called Cortlin and woke him up, how nice am I. He came back to town after his first week of work out at Spectra. So he picked me up and we went to his house and made hashbrowns and bacon. Nommers.
Chilled unil 6 ish when Brittney came and got me to be the moral support while she got her first tattoo! Yay! It was sweet watching it be done actually. And man, what a champion, Britt didn't wince at all, just the stone face of a champion. After we went and grabbed a quick tea then she took me back to Cortlin's so we could catch a movie.
Went and saw the new Harold and Kumar. It was ok, not really my kind of humor though.
After that we went and chilled at Johnny's for about an hour with Dave and Boots. I enjoyed it :) but my eyes were drooping so we decided to peace. Made a U-turn by Johnny's to go back down 8th street....totally got pulled over by the popo. But he just gave us a warning for the "illegal" u-turn. I hate u-turn rules. They are dumb.
Sunday Cortlin had to take off early so I went home to spend some lovely time with my mother. She found out about my tattoo by stupid silly ways so I showed her. Which I was always going to, I just had wanted it to heal up first so it didn't look all fuzzy and new. Her initial reaction was that of utter sadness and dissapointment. But after she read it a few times and accepted the meaning behind it, I think she liked it? As much as any mother can like a tattoo anyway :-p
Caught a quick lunch with my dad at Fuddruckers. If you don't love that place, then I just can't be friends with you. Its amazing. End of story
Went home, made cupcakes for the bake sale I organized for the class at school. Then I hopped on a bus and went back to Regina! Thank God Shannon was on that bus too, otherwise the boredom would have gotten me.
Monday was...oh yeah, had a test.
Lame
Tuesday was the bakesale :) raised 150$ and we still have more then half the baking left! Today's the last day but I have a feeling we are going ot have a ton of left overs :(
Oh, and tattoo update. It's already at the peeling stage. And this time I got a new bonus....it itches. Like. Fucking. Mad. You know that satisfying feeling you get after scratching a mosquito bite?
I want that
I would kill for that
Alas, I don't want to ruin it. So I shall endure.
