This week has been crazy busy so far. If I'm not packing, I'm working, or trying to catch up with people before I go, or spending time with the families. I can't believe it's alreayd thursday and I only have two days left :( It's all starting to catch up to me and now I'm just sad.
Monday I had a coffee date with James and Brittney which was most excellent :) Big props to James for coming back to join us each time haha. Not many men could handle our 2-3 hour coffee sessions!!
Tuesday night was messy. Went over to Ambers around 6:30 to hang out and have a few drinks. We decided that because it was my last week we were going to go to the Deuce for some good ol Tuesday night dancing. Well, one drink led to way too many shots and yeah. Tipsy on a Tuesday is a terrible idea. Dave, Hailey and Boots also joined us. It was a good group
The Deuce was fun actually. No jail bait which was nice and got to see a few people that we went to highschool with as well.
Wednesday I spent the entire work day feeling like absolute shit while Clayton and Dale giggled at my expense :-p
Wed night was awesome though. Kirsten and Eckart had the Hendriks, Daniels and my mom and I over to supper. This was the first time my mom had really hung out with "my second family" so I was pretty excited for it. By the end of the night she understood why I love them all so much! And Danielle, Marge and Kirsten made me a care package for Regina with some really sweet stuff in it too :)
This morning I trained my replacement, Lolita. She's a sweetheart, and has a strong background in accounting which was awesome because that makes my job ten times easier.
Then Clayton and Dale took me out for lunch :) and it was most wonderful.
Sigh, tomorrow is my last work day.
Tomorrow night is my last party night.
Well, until I come home for the long weekend haha
BUT STILL.
