Too much Love in the Room. Must Cry.

This weekend was spent in the oh so wonderful city of Regina. Drove up with Cortlin after I caught a quick supper with Hannah, which was excellent. I do miss that girl, and I see her so little these days its nice to catch up when we can, even for only a little while.

Got into Regina around 9 and moved some furniture into my new room on Retallack. I was beaming the whole time. I don't know if it was out of nerves or excitement. Probably both.
The thought of moving out is extremely appealing. But the whole two hours away from home thing is not haha. Especially when there is going to be homework and stress involved in the next ten ish months.

After we just dumped everything in my room we went to Bushwakkers to meet Kayla and Hiro for a drink. I haven't seen Kayla since before my trip and her surgery so it was a relief to see that she was doing fairly well.
We visited for a couple hours then went our seperate ways because I was tired as hell and we had a big day on Sat.

Haha so I don't have a bed yet in Regina, so I put down a sleeping bag, a duvet and then a blanket to sleep under. Ugh, not comfy in the least. Next morning my stomach was all cramped and my hip was asleep.
Plus I'm not used to living with other people who move around all hours of the night. Plus with it being an old house, if you sneeze the house shifts. But I'll adjust haha.
Roomates are pretty sweet too. Mike works nights but he has such an awesome sense of humor, very sarcastic. So I think him and I shall mesh well.
Peter is pretty shy. He woke me up at 6:30 on Saturday with his stupid xbox live, so bad start haha. He;s a sweetheart though.

Then next morning Cortlin's cousin Jeredan was getting married to Jillena so we went to the ceremony around noon.
Man, all I did was tear up like a little bitch. She walked in to My Guardian Angel by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. I died, I just died. It was such a beautiful song I couldn't help but cry.
Then Jeredan gets up with his guitar and sang to her, and he has such a beautiful voice! SO of course I had to tear up again.
The service was really good though, very upbeat and lots of jokes.
And when he got to kiss the bride, I cried again.
WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME

I am turning into my mother haha.

A bunch of us went to Boston Pizza for lunch because we had a break until the reception at five. I also got to sneak in a nap which was excellent. Although according to Cortlin I'm a scary beast when woken up and told I need to accomplish something. Isn't everyone though? Haha, sorry I don't wake up humming a tune and smiling from ear to ear :-p

The reception was also good. Great supper, hillarious games, good speeches, AND I didn't even cry again.

Once it was all over we went over to Kayla's apartment so I could show her my Europe scrapbook haha. It's like my baby, I want to show everyone.
Hung out there until 12:30 ish then went home to go to sleep.

Next morning caught a quick breakfast with Curtis, Cortlin and Kayla. Then we went to the gift opening to visit with the family and then we drove home.

And that was my weekend. Fairly productive if I do say so myself.

How was yours?
